Guide / Home and sessions

Dashboard

The page that opens first. The pane on the left holds your most recently used session, ready to resume; the right-hand side is how it is going.

Pick up where you left off

The top of the left pane shows the session you last worked on, with its profit and loss, win rate, trade count and a small balance curve. Resume opens it; Analytics opens the analytics page narrowed to that one session. At the bottom of the pane are three shortcuts: a backtesting session, a prop firm challenge, and importing data.

With no sessions yet the page shows three short steps instead: bring in price data, start a session, trade and review.

Performance

The two controls in the bar under the header narrow every figure on the right. All / Backtesting / Prop firm picks the kind of session. The range picks Lifetime, or only sessions you worked on in the last 30 or 7 days.

FigureWhat it counts
Time investedReal time with a session open and the window focused. A minimised or unfocused window does not count.
History replayedMarket time you have moved through, from where each session began to where it is now.
Trades takenClosed trades, with the share that were buys and sells.
Overall win rateWinning trades divided by all closed trades, with the net profit and loss.

If any trades have not been reviewed, an amber banner says how many and takes you to the Trades page. Below are four charts: hours invested by month, win rate by month, trades by market session (with each session's hours on your data's clock) and trades by symbol. Hours are grouped by the month a session was last worked on, which is an approximation when a session spans several months.
