Docking and windows
The small triangle in analytics' top-right corner moves it. Click it and pick a place.
Inside the replay window
| Place | What you get |
|---|---|
| Full window | Corner to corner over everything under the title bar. The default. Esc closes it. |
| Left of the chart | A column beside the chart, chart on the right. Drag its edge to resize. |
| Right of the chart | The same on the other side, next to the journal if that is open. |
| Below the chart | A panel along the bottom. Drag its top edge to resize. |
The chart always keeps some room, and the place and sizes you choose are remembered. Docked beside the chart, analytics updates as you close trades, so you can watch the figures move while you trade.
In a window of its own
Pop out to a window opens analytics as a second window that you can drag anywhere, including to another monitor. With more than one monitor connected the menu also lists Fill monitor 1, 2… (with each one's size, and which is your main display and which has the replay), which opens it maximised on that display.
- The window follows the replay: it refreshes whenever a session is saved, and it takes the same light or dark theme.
- It stays above the replay window and closes with it, like a floating chart.
- While it is open, A and the toolbar button bring it forward instead of opening a second copy.
- Its own corner triangle puts it back in any of the places above, or moves it to another monitor. Dock back returns it to the place it last had. Closing it with the window's own close button just closes analytics.
One monitor?
Pop out still works; the menu just has no monitor list. Drag the window's title bar to place it.
