Journal insights
Where what you wrote meets what happened.
- Journal coverage: how many trades are reviewed, graded, noted and screenshotted.
- Result by execution grade: the average result of your A trades against your D trades. If A does not out-earn D, either the grade or the plan is the problem.
- Process versus outcome: how many good and bad wins and losses, and what each netted.
- Pre-trade checklist: trades where you followed at least 80% of it against the rest, by win rate, average R and profit.
- Tags: net result for every tag, by group. A mistake tag's total is called out.
- Practice versus real: import a CSV from your broker and compare win rate, profit factor and expectancy. Broker statements have no stop-loss on record, so the real side is in dollars, not R.
