These are fixed real-time windows by entry time, with no daylight-saving shift, so every hour belongs to exactly one session. Your data's clock is converted first, so a trade at 15:30 in Kenyan-clock data is a New York trade (12:30 UTC). A note under the charts states the windows on your own clock: for Kenya, Asia 03:00–10:00, London 10:00–15:00, New York 15:00–00:00. See Data and the clock.
