Performance
The first tab.
- Profit and loss: the balance after each closed trade. Each trade / Day / 1 Hour / 15 Min thins the curve. Above it: total profit and loss with the return, the balance, win rate, trade count, and the breakeven count.
- Average R, Ideal R, Could have been breakeven: mean and best realised R, the planned R of your stop and target, how far trades ran in your favour, and how many losers had been +1R up before turning.
- Expectancy: the average result of one trade, with a bar of average win against average loss. Profit factor: gross profit over gross loss.
- Winners and Losers: counts, best and worst, average, average duration, and consecutive runs.
- Recent results: a strip of W, L and B for your last 80 trades, and the run you are on.
- Performance by side, Trade frequency, an R-multiple distribution, and net profit by asset and by strategy.
No fake numbers
A figure that cannot be worked out shows a dash, with the reason beside it (no stop-loss, no losing trades). You will never see “infinity” or a zero standing in for “unknown”. Trades without a stop-loss have no R and are left out of R figures, with a count of how many.
